Yes yes yes!! Let us know any more details as these become available. 120ft runout before the mile even begins. Dang, I could go 160 easy!

Goliad, Texas.

Goliad is southwest of Victoria on Hwy 59, it's on an old Navial air base. I spoke to one of the event coordinators for NASAtx. and she said they are planning to do this kind of event 3 times a year starting in 04. She also sent me their raod course schedule for 04. They are having 3 events at MSR, 2 events at TWS (College Station), and 1 event at Hallett. I'll have to see what the fees are for the road course events, I know you need to become a member of NASAtx which is $35. bucks at year.

Yes, I just got off the phone with Deanna. 4 classes for street cars, 130, 150, 180 and 200. From my past experience, a stockSHO will hit 130, and easily so with the 120 ft rollout they are doing. Yes, you read that right, 120 ft rollout. That means you will be hitting 30+ mph before you even start the measured mile. This caters to hard to lauch cars like a turbo SHO perfectly. I am fully confident that 150 will be no problem whatsoever for SHOspeed Project. I wish they had a 160 class, as I know I will not take home any trophies in the 180 class, but I am more interested in just seeing what she will do.

4 runs for $125!! That is a steal IMO. Just going to watch all the sweet cars will be a blast, but comparing times to the likes of 03 Cobra's, Z06's and Viper's is where it is at!

Sorry guy's, but it looks like if I make a trip to the San Antonia area, it will be for this event, not for the fall run. I hope some of you TX guys can make it out for this event.

Looks like a busy fall and October for the lsshoc. I'm sure Murphy, Tony, and I will go. So we can caravan down Tim when you roll through DFW. Looks like Hwy 183 out of Austin will take us right to Goliad, shoot we may even find some twistys along the way.
