My name is Ryan and I live in Woonsocket, RI. I own a 1993 Black on Black SHO.. here is one picture of it http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r94/ryyz2004/S5001019.jpg
Of course it don't look that good because it is winter.. I have the chrome rims on the back and one stock (painted black) rim on front left and one stock (painted white) rim on the front right... I have to torch a lugnut off the right drivers side to get the chrome rim off.. Anyways I was just wondering if anyone lives around here or not too far from here? And was also wondering if u actually have to join the club.. or what or however it works.. Let me know Thanks

Also I'm looking for some nice exhaust tips here are the ones I have right now http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r94/ryyz2004/S5001016.jpg
But I cut those off... cause they were sticking out tooo far and it really bothered me. They were too stuck to move in more cause of the shape of the pipe and all but I need a new pair that maybe are the same style or if anyone else has some other nice suggestions.. maybe even powder coat some black would be nice! If u know a website where I can get a nice pair or reccomend a pair that would be great. Thanks

Now to answer your question. If you torch the lug off you may need a new stud also.
There are plenty of shops around Woonsocket, Bellingham area that can do that.

yeah, thanks wahoooo! I'm in lol... I go to WACTC Woonsocket Area Career and Technical Center. So on wedensday or thursday I'm going to stay after with one of the teachers and use the torches and get the lugnut off and hopefully not wrewin the rim :S Anyways.. I do plan on buyin a stud and 4 more lugnuts cause every rim only has 4 lug nuts :) so I gotta buy 4 nuts and one stud. Is it save to drive it around with 4 studs? I know a missing lugnut isn't thta bad but a missing stud very bad? I think that wheel bearing needs to be replaced on the same wheel so I'll probably just change wheel bearing not just the stud. And also any places to buy cheap nice looking tips?

I don't have any more SHOs, but I am right up the street from you in Bellingham, MA.

Driving with 4 lugnuts on each wheel is OK. It is better to have 5, but 4 will do for now.

Are you looking for places online to buy exhaust tips, or a local store?

For a local store, visit:
Blue Magic Performance
177 Mechanic St. (Rt.140)
Bellingham, MA 02019
508-966-0185

Paul doesn't keep much in stock, but he can get you pretty much anything you want and at great prices.

well u see.. someone allready attempted to take it off with a torch... so basically it is melted into the rim "welded" and there is no way u can put nothing that resembles a socket on it.. Monday I'm gonna probably get it off at school, my teacher is bringing everything he needs from his work (Simon in Woonsocket) so no matter what we will get it off. The car hasn't been inspected sense 02... but luckily 02 is yellow and also is 08 :) so I've went by lots of cops even in traffic where they really have time to look and haven't noticed yet, but I'm gonna get it inspected this week to make it completely legal...

Surely this thread is a joke. If not, boy do we have a couple square peg / round hole MF'rs up here.

yeah, it did need a major major cleaning... my mom's boyfriend owned a few car detailing businesses in his life and I had him help me it took like a day to do inside and out and it was mint that's when those pics are from. it needed a driver side lower control arm, a rear left caliper.. he had no keys for it so I had to get trunk and door keys made.. alllll brakes needed to be bled very bad and both of the rubber lines in the back were collapsed inside so those were also replaced. car is over all pretty solid, just right now I need that lugnut off :( ( couldn't do today) and I need to get it inspected and an alignment.. I'm hoping to get that done asap. If u did stop and look at the car Gary u might have noticed that there ere like two 15's and 2 12's in the trunk, I didn't want them so he took the speakers (left the box) and I just took a hammer to it and took it out in pieces....
