I did a search and couldnt come up with too good of a awnser! My car has a bad hesitaion down low and even watns to stall sometimes when you take off..If i keep rpm's up pretty high then its better!!But down low there is always a hesitation!! No oil in the plug holes, has never motorcraft wires and autolite plugs<-------!That only thing I would like to change out and put in the orignal motor craft!!Any sugestions at all?? My 60ft at the track is also horrible around a 2.8!And I dont think its all due to traction cause sometimes it get traction!thx

Its your plugs...put in motorcraft.

When I bought my 89 the lady had autolite's in there...they lasted 6,000 miles before they created misfires, etc...

OK I think the plugs have been in there for a good amount of time!I took the plug out and it Looked like it was burning realllly good..So that was one reason I didnt think that could be the problem!

Ryan, you may also want to explore the possibility of taking your intake off and giving it a good cleaning along with the throttle body. That in itself can cause a huge problem. Another issue you may want to check is the IAB. Just a couple of thoughts for you to ponder.

BTW, I'm not running Motorcraft plugs in my car...of course...I'm nitrous bound too. :p
