help with shifter

hi i new to forum but have had my 89 sho for 6 years and i am having truble finding parts. the area i live in only has maybe 12 shos total and the junk yards forget about it. the part i am looking for now is the gromit (i think that is what is called) that holds the shifting linkage to the shifter. any help will be better than what i getting localy. :banghd:
