I'm in the process of changing out the SFB's and am having a problem removing the rear ones. The front ones came out real easy, but it seems the rears have been fused to the sub frame. Does anyone have any hints for removing the rear SFB's. I also cut the holes and am doing the recall stuff myself.
Also, will I have to grind out some of the rear hole to fit in aluminum SFB's? There seems to be some sort of metal ****** around the hole. I have done a search and read many posts on the SFB changeout procedure, but none mention this ****** thing. I also read the writeup at Kurtmetros.com and that didn't mention them either.
Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I've near sold 150 sets or so (i've lost count) and I've only heard great and happy results. Seems like AL SFB's are one mod that dosen't cost a SHO HP or require tuning and puts a huge smile on 99.9% of all recipents. :D

Whether someone puts my AL SFB's in, Josh @ Shonut's bushings in, or even Doug Lewis' at FPS in, the result seems to be the same. A grin ear to ear every time you push the car a little on the road. I'm so used to them in my car that any SHO i drive without them feels like something is broken, I even put a set on the winter beater that is looking like it'll be summer before I put it on the road.
