just got my new colder plugs installed and BG fuel injection/air injection program and the car runs great, but still when I check my check engine light code it has these codes on it:
p0312-cylinder 12 misfire(cylinder 12, i though are cars are v6;s, what does this mean?)
p0111-iat sensor failure
now I just found out that I have a custom exhaust system where they removed the muffler and put in like bullet mufflers and removed the rear 3rd cat and replaced with straight pipe. Would that have anything to do with it?

thanks in advance for your help,
Scott

Did the codes exist prior to the "mods" you just installed? Try clearing the the codes and see if they recur (easiest is with Forscan or a tuning device). If they do, then verify that the plugs and coils are seated properly. Unplug and replug the connectors to the IAT1 and IAT2 sensors, may just be loose.

So these codes were on there before the mods, then put the mods on and about an hour later checked them again and no longer the p0312 code, so maybe the changing of the plugs fixed that(fingers crossed), but still threw a p0111 IAT sensor. SO just recenty went and looked at the sensor that plugs into the intake(which I assume is the IAT sensor)and one of the wires was kinda cut and exposed, so i wrapped it in electrical tape, plugged in back in and then ereased the dtc code, but haven't driven it since, so hopefully that will fix it
