Sorry, i don't know what else to call it. Last night it got down to the low 30's and when i go to start my car to warm up a bit i see that my radio won't come on even though i leave it on at all times. i hit the power button several times and nothing. power antenna stays down. when the car warms up, the radio will turn on but all presets are erased. this is the second time it has happened. what gives? what is going on. is it just a gremlin?

Sounds like a bad connection. Thermal expansion is taking place. When connections are cold they shrink, as it warms up it expands reconnecting. Happens all the time up here in North Dakota. Pull the radio and check the connection on the back, or check the connections on the amp in the trunk.
