1. Remove battery and tray
2. Remove accessory belt
3. Unplug and remove alternator
4. Unbolt the 4(?) bolts holding the plate where the 2 a/c line run into the compressor (make sure the system is professionally evacuated before hand or serious injury can occur)
5. Unplug connector on the compressor and remove the bolts holding the compressor in place.

Install in reverse.

I think that's it, I can't recall if anything else was in the way. Took like 15 minutes to remove.

After installing the new compressor, be sure to evacuate the system and insure there is no leak(s). Also, replace the O-rings from the lines to compressor.

Edit: You might have to remove the front accessory tensioner bracket to gain access to one or two of the bolts needed to remove the alternator.

make sure the compressor you get is a 10p15f compressor. I have seen that auctionfrontier guy have the wrong compressers listed for a SHO.

Did the compressor simply stop working or did it have an internal failure? If there was ANY kind of internal failure then you MUST have the entire system flushed and you need to replace the accumulator. If you skip this you may end up with another broken compressor.

If you're concerned with maintaining the aftermarket warranty on your compressor, you'll likely also be required to replace the orifice valve as well. I know most of the rebuilt units have this as part of their warranty application.
