I have been trough 3 warped rotors on the front drivers side of my 94ATX in the past couple of months. The front caliper seems to be dragging sometimes, and when it does it heats the rotor up enough to warp it, luckily I bought new rotors so I just take it back and exchange it. I have cleaned the slider pins and re-greased them, the piston isn't hard to push in. I don't know what else to do other than replace the caliper. This problem seemed to start happening after I replaced the right rear caliper that was leaking, I bled the brakes in the correct order RR, LF, LR, RF but could there still be some air in the lines causing the front to drag?

Air would not cause it to drag. Sloppy wheel bearings can cause rotors to warp pretty quickly.

In addition to wheel bearings, either/both a bent caliper bracket or slider pin(s), frozen caliper piston, internally corroded steel line, or bad ABS control unit can cause the caliper/brake to drag.
