help exhaust problems and other stuff

so i was driving along one day when all of a sudden i heard a huge exhuast leak. i havent been able to get underneath to check it out but it seems like the y pipe cracked near the exhaust manifold. the only reason i believe that is because i am not getting a reading on my back o2 sensor in which i have an a/f gauge hooked up to it. also i am getting a lot of movement on the stick and i just replaced the motor mount and tranny mount with solid ones. could the bolts be broken on all of them? someone help i cant stand it anymore needs to be fixed asap.
