no start
over the phone this can be hard. to start, you need air + fuel + spark + timing/orientation. assuming no physical damage (e.g. timing belt broke), the most likely problem is either fuel or spark.
you should ask if there have been any problems with the car lately -- driving difficulty, problems starting, etc. how many miles on vehicle.
you can also ask here to open the hood and have someone turn over the engine while she smells for fuel. clogged fuel pump, no fuel (a classic)
from there, it may be a simple spark problem such as loose grounding wire (connects from the back of intake to the firewall). check all of the easily visible electrical connectors -- e.g. coil pack, harness connection, DIS module.
best of luck, post back what you find.
