The timing belt was replaced by a mechanic. The locknut on the tensioner pully apparently was left loose, and the large part of the (off center) pully started grinding against the rocker arm part of the tensioner system. I removed the pully and rocker arm as they are damaged and I need new ones. The tensioner piston shouldn't have been damaged but I can push it in with the rocker arm and pully, installed, using my arm. I might even be able to push it in by hand without mech advantage. I have heard these things are supposed to be vice-only-compressable, but another post numerated being able to push in the piston by hand.
My questions are:

Where can I get a new off-center tensioner PULLY?
Where can I find the ROCKER ARM part?
What is the part number?
Does any one here have these parts? (Especially the rocker arm, from a blown motor perhaps)
Do you think I need a new tensioner PISTON?

Please help,
Jackson

hahaha push the piston in by hand good luck. I had to take mine off and do it in the vise on the bench, the c-clamp wouldn't cut it.

The tensioner is toast and should be replaced.

As for the eccentric and the pivot arm, you will either need to check with a Ford dealer on Monday or pick one up from a parts recycler. I had to replace a tensioner on jerry's ATX this fall. The part wasn't cheap (around 100 USD IIRC) and didn't appear to be widely available.

If you need it, I can send you the ATX timing belt installation instructions.

The 3.2L ATX T-Belt tensioner is still available, but I don't know the p/n. I looked one up for someone yesterday. My dealer's list price was $119.49.

As for the pulley assembly, that should also be available. I have a P/N of F3DZ-6M250-A, which is the idler pulley assembly - I think on the opposite side & NOT what you're looking for. That list was $111.04.

Good luck!

I think the tensioner pully, the correct one, is f3dz-6m250-b I'm not sure though, but it is very expensive. Please send me those instructions if you can. Any other input is appreciated.
Thanks,
