Umm just a thought but where did you buy your Alt from? Did you have it tested first to make sure its working properly? Seen alot of people getting faulty Alts and end up replacing them again and again.

AC delco ive bought alternators 2 times from them this is my third and ive never had a problem

i have a thing for screwing up alts i guess one was for my 93 wrangler and the other was for my 99 malibu now this ones for my 93 sho

thanks for the info everyonei replaced the alternator and that fixed the problem
