HELP! '93 sho therm water outlet housing

Totally need some help with a 93 3.2 sho. The deal is i am trying to remove the outlet housing against the block. Pull on it is doing little to nothing. I can wiggle it so i know it should be pullable. Right now if nothing else, i would like for someone to send me a pic of this part. It may help knowing the features, as far me pulling on it the right way. The pics i have viewed online do not seem to be what i have in my car. At least the little i can see. Only see two nuts that have to be removed for this. I have read elsewhere in forum about 4-5. I will appreciate ANY help with this. (resolving leaking 1" long hose just to right of/on housing tube/inlet port)

There are actually five nuts that need to be removed, plus it has to slide off the bypass tube. Here's an illustration with photos to help.

There are two sides to the water outlet housing. They are labeled as such. Also note the position of the bypass tube. This seals in the housing with an o-ring. Mine fits very snug. Its only been assembled for a short time and took some effort to get off. There is a rubber section of hose with two large clamps that connects the two housings. It may be necessary to loosen these clamps - allowing the housings more freedom of movement.

Photo of left side - where thermostat housing is located. You can see the two mounting nuts. These are probably the ones you've found.

Photo of the right side - where the temp sensor & heater return hose connects. There are three nuts for this side - they should be obvious from the pic.

the thermostat housing itself only has two nuts that need removed, but in almost all cases one of the hoses will prevent the piece from being removed. you need to locate the offending hose, on the lower front of the thermostat housing, and remove that hose to allow the housing to come off. In many cases, you can just removed the hose clamp and that will create enough space to allow the housing to be removed.
