You could go to www.alldatadiy.com and sign up for their service, it's $25 the first year and I think $15 each year after. It's not quite the Helms manual but it's pretty damn close... closer than a Chilton's manual for sure.

That site is pretty cool. I signed up for it last night. I just want to have as much material on hand if you know what I mean.. Thanks.

Alldata does come in handy but it has many limitations and is no substitute for a detailed manual.

True, but there hasn't been much I've had to do that isn't in alldatadiy.com. What hasn't been included in their site has been easily answered here or on shotimes.com or has ben easy enough to figure out.

Plus, it's one less thing to forget since it's online.. you just need a web connection and printer wherever you go.

The business/technology section of the central branches of the public library should carry automotive repair manuals - the Helm manuals will probably be there.

However, St. Charles, Illinois, is a small town and it is doubtful whether the library system there is extensive enough

Don't attempt to even investigate the local branches. Local branches are short on books and will likely carry nothing that is technology-related. You have to go the big main library.

If you can't find one to check out, your best bet is a Ford dealership. Sometimes they have Shop manuals in stock. If they don't, they can order one for you direct from Helm and receive it overnight. Place your order tonight or early tomorrow and you should get it by Saturday morning.

Chad check out ebay for factory manuals. I got the sho supplemental for the '89 there. The motor and most other things are the same from '89-95 just be sure to get the motor to match the tranny (mtx). If you come up bust, check back there every now and then they usually show up.
