I bought their CAI years ago and had great customer service. My CAI was one of the very first ones produced and when they came out with a larger filter for it, they shipped one to me for free! But I have not used them or heard about them lately so not sure if something is going on.....?

? I don’t do Facebook but I did look at what they have in there and no I didn’t see anything.

I have heard of similar issues as you are experiencing, but with warranty servicing of older orders. In all cases, emails had to be sent to them to resolve, and it took some pestering, sadly. I do not know who is running the company anymore.

I sent them a couple messages today and they did reply sent my tracking number however label has been created but not in the system. So also said the delay was caused by a shortage of the carbon fiber material for part of the cai. Said I should have by Friday. will be waiting !

Just to update still have not gotten my cai not even a clue of when it would be delivered I Did get the tracking # ( well a tracking # ) but whatever. I called my credit card company told then what was up. My money will be coming back to me. So everything I was hearing about them I have to say is true ! I will never order anything from the again. Too bad cause I did hear good things too. Oh well shit happens !!

I thought I would try one of these since they had a sale.

Ordered on 7-20, listed as In Stock and 2-3 day shipping.
Received email on 7-27, Your Order Has Shipped (no tracking number).
Received email on 7-31, Your Order Has Shipped (with tracking number but post office has not received pkg yet).
No tracking updates yet.
Preparing myself for this to take a long time.

Same thing with me ! The only way to contact them is through email. just too sketchy for me they told me a shortage of carbon fiber part that I needed was why it didn’t come in 2-3 days. Another email back to them they then said I would have in 2 days from this email. That was last week. All their responses are pre canned messages.

Be prepared to have the transaction cancelled via your CC company. As long as we remain hungry customers, there is no reason for them to change their M.O.

I just want to set my expectations accordingly. After the first "Your Order Has Shipped" I was checking my porch 4 times a day. If they had said up front that it's gonna be a few weeks then I wouldn't be annoyed.

I heard this was happening with them so before I ordered I emailed them asked them why they were doin shottie buisness. They told me it was some people were ordering things that were on backorder and didn’t realize it that’s why they waited so long. That’s why they had s sale with a discount code of BACKORDER. when I ordered my code was summer sale. Is it the same thing. I already canceled the the cc company. Hope you get yours.

I have an extra one. I don't know if it's the larger filter or the smaller filter but I know it's not the very first generation. I have an identical one in my car.

There was a time when I thought we were buying a friend of mine's SHO for my son, but that didn't happen. I put the cart before the horse and had ordered some parts. I don't come on here that often, but people around here do know me. PM me you're interested and I can send you some photos. I do like the M design on my car. I like the way it looks. I like the sound. I like that for no explainable reason, it reduces the amount of carbon that comes out of the exhaust pipes. And I very much like the fact that I can easily reach the transmission dipstick with it installed. Better than with the factory box. Better than with the K&N Typhoon I also had installed. Better than the Airaid I had installed.

Yep, I tried them all. I will tell you, I did not notice any performance gain or loss from any of them. But, I ended up staying with the M design the reasons stated above.
