Heater Fan

This is my 3rd SHO and all have made a ticking sound when the fan is on. Both times the dealers replaced the fan only to have it come back after a year.

My Current SHO makes noise all the way to 1/2 speed.

Is this common, can I fix it, oil it, address it some how???
