Heater fan problems

I have a '92 MTX. I bought it 4 months ago after sitting for 14 months. I replaced the entire brake system except the master cyl. I am about to pull the valves on the rear brake block and plug them. Anyway, this morning, I got into the car, started it up and the heater blower was running full blast. I looked at the heater controls and it said off. I took the dash bezel off and pulled and unhooked the eatc, and the fan was still running at full tilt. Can anybody help me. I love the car, but it is starting to "money pit" me.

The blower control module is bad. Check other threads for blower contol module or BCM. I picked one up out of a 91 Lincoln for $10.
