Seems like you'd learn your lesson. :nono:

As for the headlights, if you do a search I know this has been covered recently. Beth had a nice write up with pictures comparing her results. And IIRC, they turned out really good.

You could always look on eBay too, you might find a set better than the ones you have.

There is a 3M Plastic Cleaner and Polisher combo that works REALLY well to clean headlamps. I understand there is all this info about buffing/cleaning/scraping the yellow gunk off...well...last semester I aimed a crapload of headlights with an optical aimer...ended up cleaning just about ALL the lamps with this stuff....worked on every make/model...they went from yellow or even brown to the point where the optical aimer couldn't even function to crystal clear and shiny. All it took was 2 minutes of cleaning and 2 minutes of polishing...very easy!

There seem to be lots of sources on the internet for new headlights...some of them are pretty cheap. Anyone had experience with the quality? Are they way below OEM?

corners

I was going to get some of the clear corners, and was wondering the same thing.

Also, on our Mustangs we used to slosh some antifreze inside the headlights to clean out the inside, too. Don't leave it in too long!

99problems-

Can you recall where you got yours? As I said, lots of sources with a range of prices. How long have you had them? And are yours for a GEN3?
