Headlight moisture

Anyone have any luck cleaning and keeping moisture out of the headlight assemblies?? Can someone let me know how to do this if it's possible!?!? Thanks...

Run some clear silicone around the seam between the halves of the front and back of the lens assembly. Wash out the lens before you put it back on. Also, if you want to make sure you got the leaks fixed, fill the lens up with water and wait for drops to come out.
