Headgasket thicknesses

So I'm rebuilding a 3.5 ecoboost. I can't find the Information about how much piston to valve clearance ther is. Is there enough clearance for a thinner gasket? The stock gaskets have 4 layers, will the valves and pistons hit if I only use 2 layers?

Trying to increase compression? It would be negligible. I don't think I'd mess with a thinner gasket in these platforms, tbh.
