I contacted stainless works in Cleveland Ohio. they can make headers for our cars but they will need one of our cars there to make them. price is about 3500

The rear head space is especially prohibitive, clearance wise. Consider the steering rack for instance - got to get that spaghetti to miss itself and miss the rack, hoses, and wiring too.

Crowded house. The only way to truly prove a product fits correctly is to have as much of the car to be fit available.

I think porting the exhaust manifolds could produce some gains for less than $3500.00. I could be wrong.

great points. I guess I was thinking in a different direction like why not just get a header from out cars and work from there. headers need to have varying length tubing to get more power seems like a task.
