does anybody make a set of reasonably priced headers for the 3.0 sho motor. i have my motor mounted in a rail dune buggy and am having clearance issues on the passengers side. the exhaust currently dumps right onto the lower frame rail. i need a way to route around this.

You will probably only be able to find those on the secondary market. SHO Source made some but they are group buy only. You could try to get one together, but interest in the older cars is pretty low right now.

Used or custom. Even with used they were made for the sedan so no way to know what the clearance issues would be without measurements

Is your engine oriented north south in your buggy, using a VW style transaxle? If so, you might call Extreme Performance buggys in California. They put a lot of SHO engines in buggies back in the day. I don't know if their still in business or not.

You might also try a search for SHO + dune buggy and see if someone that has taken the SHO out and replaced it with some other motor. They might sell you the headers off of it.

Back when I was having headers made for The Other Woman, they were costing me a C note per cylinder.
