head light adjustment screws

Well after thinking about getting a black out kit for my car I remembered that my headlights are all out of wak because my headlights are bolted in, and I was wondering if any one knew the proper part name for those screws and the backing they have on them, or if any one has a complete set they would sell to me email me please, before I have to go down to the ford garage and order them.
