I have a 15 SHO. I currently have a Diablo 93 octane on it. I have a 3 bar map sensor and a air raid air intake I wanted to install today. Will I have to get a custom time after installing these or will it be compatible with current tune. Or can I install 1 part and not the other without getting a custom tune?

The 3bar sensor will requires 3bar tune. The intake can be added as is, no tune.

Thank you! I appreciate your quick response. My tuner is the t1000 in which I can customize certain Parameters myself do you have any idea if that is something I can change myself?

You could, IF you understand these engines & their PCMs intimately. I doubt it is as simple as updating the MAP tables the tune references. Do you have a list of what you are able to modify?

Yes, I can change the following.. Spark advance at WOT, fuel consumption at WOT, Coolings fans, idle RPM, mass air curve, rev limits, shift points, shift pressure, speed limit, tire size and gear/axle ratio.

Some of those parameters are definitely useful when remapping the tune. If the mass air curve allows you to remap to the new MAP, that MIGHT work. It just won't be nearly as optimized or refined (by a long shot) as a tune built by Unleashed/LME/etc. So just keep that in mind. Keep shift pressures under 200 (maybe 190 or so) for best shifting.
