Has anyone seen something like this???

This is what my front subframe mounts look like....they look like there are revision sleves installed

That's a front subframe bushing. It appears in the picture that you're missing the top washer, as well as at least one retaining nut.

so the standard front subframe bushings come with the bolted in sleeve??? I should have to remove the sleeve to install the delrins don't i?

The front subframe bushing leaves the factory as a single bonded unit which is secured to the frame with 4 nuts. They usually don't stay that way long.

To be polite, they suck.

You'll need to remove the old bushings (which could very well involve cutting off the rusty nuts in your picture), and you'll probably want to wire brush the area around and including the holes and paint with rust-treatment paint. You'll also want to test fit the delrin bushings as you may need to open up the holes a bit.
