Has anyone ordered parts from RCM Automotive?

Hello,

I ordered some parts from RCM Automotive on December 22nd, and still have not recieved them, i sent an email to them on wensday, but have not gotten a reply.

have any of you ordered from them before? any problems? i hope i didnt get ripped off.

Yes, lots of people order from there, and slow service + no communication is pretty much the norm with them. For the most part, they do send the parts, and the parts are good, just don't expect a great deal of customer service from RCM.

I ordered subframe recall kit. Nothing in mail, no communication. They sent me one email saying part got returned and if they wanted to mail it out again or refund. I said to mail it and give me tracking, or what service they use. No communication again, nothing in mail still. Sent them another email today to just refund me.

i got the same reply after i filed a dipute on paypal, "part got returned and if they wanted to mail it out again or refund." i asked for a refund, nothing, paypal had to pay me the refund.
