I have them and it rides just fine. Not too stiff without the Eibach`s,but not at all bouncey.A bit stiffer than stock.

I have installed the Tokicos with stock springs on a SHO. The owner was very pleased with the improvement in the control and handling. The ride was still good.

I have had a set of Tokicos replaced under warranty after 125,000 miles of excellent service. My right rear strut developed a shaft seal leak. Tokico shipped me a new set of four and even paid for the shipping to have me return the old set to them for examination. Not only did the replacement of the entire set of struts not cost me any cash, but the new set did not change the damping performance from the old set. In other words, the original set of Tokico struts was still fully functioning with the Eibach springs after 125,000 fun filled miles. Good stuff.

The problem with the stock suspension is the damping of the stock struts, it's not enough for the springs. So with more damping, it improves. Ie, tokico's work great with stock springs.

FWIW the stock motorcraft (assuming they are in good shape) are actually stiffer on compression, but the tokico's are far better on the rebound. It's much more controlled.
