They are indeed different.

i was checking rockauto and it seemed the driver side was the same, the parts numbers matched under the 3.2 and 3.0 categories. (go see, 662008 under the '94) the passenger were defiantly different tho. if i am wrong here i must know soon so i can get a set somewhere for my atx/mtx swap, i am currently only planning on getting a passenger halfshaft.

Double check that , cause I ordered a set from them and the driver side was wrong.
