Grille choices??

I would like to replace the upper grille with a black powder coated mesh style grille. I see T-rex offers a chrome mesh style overlay but was looking to see if anyone knew if there was something like I want in the works yet..

That's the only grille I know of right now. Been keeping my eyes open, I kinds hate that Ford put two completely different style grilles on the front of this thing

Agreed, they should have made the top grille look like the bottom and I would be happy enough..

That rendering looks good but most aftermarket grilles I've seen look really poor in reality. What does the T-rex grille look like?

The T-REX grille reminds me of like a ctsV grille, with just a little bit bigger squares I would say. It's billet chrome platted I think. I am just going for the blacked out look so a black powder coated one would be Ideal.. Plus the T-rex is an overlay and I would rather it be a cut out style to get more air through there and I think they look better too..

The t-Rex grille is an overlay? I was wondering about that. I really like the Grillcraft grilles. Maybe with enough interest we could get them to do one

The Mobsteel Taurus had a black powdercoated grill. I believe it was the t-rex grille but I wish I would have looked at it better

As far as I know it is an overlay, the description on it said it to be one unless I misread it..

Although I just got off the phone with T-Rex and it is a replacement grille not an overlay like I thought. So I asked them to powdercoat it black for me and send one my way.. Should be here in about a week and a half so I will let you all know what I think of it..

I ordered just the top for now, but will order the bottom too as soon as I get some more cash.. lol

as i rather like the murdered out look, i'm probably gonna do a custom billet upper and lower powdercoated black with a gen III badge stuck to the upper one offset. of course, i don't have a '10 yet, but i will soon.
