Sooooo just got a little two step action tuned onto my SHO. Cat delete coming this week. Quick question on that, the SHO doesnt go into any limp mode when it has the cat check engine light right? Just wanted to double check that. Enjoy this baby two step!

Not from a cat delete, no, esp not if you are referring to the 3rd cat (no sensor involved there). It will if you have a 2 bar map tune and install a 3 bar map without installing a 3 bar map tune at the same time.

Need more vids!!!

Very interested in hearing the crackle addition to the tune. Also, more info needed on the 2 step - is this in Drive or just in park/neutral?

Reviving this thread to ask the question again for peace of mind. I was planning on drilling out the guts of my cats in my downpipes while the engine is out of the car and downpipes are off. There is no kind of limp mode I have to worry about right? Just a check engine light?

Per CA law you are not allowed too. However, your tuner can provide you with a "off road tune" that you can drive on private :D land with.

Not saying you can't venture off said private land at your own discretion. Catch my drift?

Brad and I already discussed turning this into a "racetrack only" vehicle ;) I was just wondering if in the meantime before its tuned out if Ill experience any performance issues, or have a limp mode because the sensor will be freaking out
