got a red and green wire near starter relay

and my defrost system stopped working and those 2 wire where on the same fuse link so i repaired those 2

and now when i connect them im getting the car on the on setting without any key into the switch and when i start the car it does not stop

i was trying to get a better picture and lol lokc the car and the key are in

so im sure one wire his the defrost but what about the 2 one why would it make the car run even when the key his off

and those wire seem to be the same and it seem that those wire are from the main line to my alternator test light so when i plug temp that why i have juice in the car
