I was in need of a new set of cats. Looking around I found a deal at Advanceauto.com. I am limited because I have an 93 ATX so its either Magna-flow, Eastern, Catco, or Walker just to name a few. So after finding this deal I went with a Walker 54597 Y-pipe for $301.99. Then i entered in code OCB8 (only good till Oct 12)and the price dropped $45.30 to $256.69. Looking good huh, then there is a $40.00 mail in rebate. Now we're down to $216.69. Now if you spend over $75.00 you get free shipping. Kind of a no brainer here. So for all the all of us trying to stretch a dollar, I hope this helps.

Update: For all looking to install new y-pipes with cats on their ATX. I bought the Walker brand as as stated above. It fits, not as nice as stock but it still fits. First thing you should do is cut off the tang that attaches it to the trans. It is in the wrong place I cut mine off with a grinder and then had to grind a little past that so it didn't hit the trans as well. It takes a little wiggling to get it between the pan and the subframe (Dicked up the paint on the pan because the flanges are a lot bigger). After you get it kinda in place I advise starting on the rear bank first, just get them started, dont crank em down till you get the front started. After you get all the nuts started, tighten them down equally as best as you can.
My stock cats were really plugged up, I didn't realize this till after I got the new ones on. The force of the exhaust coming out the tips is really noticeable. Before the steam would just kinda trickle out, now it pours out. The engine is breathing a lot better which I am happy for. So for all the nubees searching for this I cant speak for all the members here but I am satisfied with the Walker set-up and with just some minor tweeks I would recommend it to anyone with poor exhaust flow that don't want the raspyness of a ricer.

Good follow-up, we appreciate that. All of the Walker stuff that I have bought fit OK also. This deal was not available when I needed a Y-Pipe and I bought the Eastern Catalytic Converter brand, and it worked out well also.
That is one great price you got. Almost makes me wish I needed one.
