GLSS - Who's going to the Convention??

Hey guys..

Just wondering who all is going from the GLSS group. Who else is going?

Ditto, I burned 2 getting the '91, 5 last week doing Mecum, birthday, etc....I have a bunch of sick time, but I can't use it side by side with my vacation time....

No problem, tho. I am fortunate to have a boss who let me negotiate that time off when we were negotiating my offer letter. First convention, ever.

I know the boss would probably let me have it off, but I'm not sure if my wife would. She gets jealous when I take my own vacations. Plus, my son's birthday is during convention, so that can be a sticky subject as well. I'm taking it one day at a time...... Plus, if I went, I would have to decide on which car to take

Self imposed sabbatical from SF and some of the nonsense that occurred here previously pushed me in other directions. :shakehead

I still monitor things here, although quietly and primarily from a back seat perspective.

But I opted to come from out of the shadow's and post up as the Convention is drawing closer and closer.

As far as this weekend's attendance at "Gingerman", not happening as I work this entire weekend and SHO's at the body shop for another "involved", "one-off" body modification.

No I won't divulge either.

Yes, and I'm hoping this will work in my favor, but it will probably be another 5 years or so..... (then my son and I can go together)
