Glove Box Light???

In my 99 SHO I seemed to notice that I cannot find a socket for my glove box light. I was just wondering if there actually is a glove box light in the 99, or is just another one of those things that Ford just cut out in its last year of production.

The later run '99s did have the glove box light discontinued. It shows up on the wire diagram as "early production" for the '99s.

my V8-SHO has a build date (sticker on door) of May '99.

What's the engine serial number on those late '99s??

It is located on the passenger side end of the rear head (bank 1).
