GH Tune question

So I just received the tuner from GH, not sure if this is normal but the 'custom tune' page is down with a Error 404, and the instructions they gave are a little off (different wording on requests and vague in nature). I know you guys recommended them for the custom tune, but I don't have much of an option now, because the SCT BDX tuner doesn't even support our vehicles with a preloaded tune.

Have you reached out to Matt? He's very responsive, great customer service. I've been running the GH Auto Octane tune for about 2 years now and it's amazing, great power and shifting is amazing.

Yep as was said - reach out to Matt. He’s very good to work with. I’ve had his tune for over a year and 15,000 miles. Car is like a rocket ship now.

give them a call at (979) 703-7338, they may not know it's down. Or try a different computer in case it may but a local issue for you.
