Gen3 Subframe Perks?

Maybe we can make a FAQ on the gen III conversion, and sticky it.

1. Which subframes/years will work
2. Which one is prefered?
3. Complete other parts needed; Spindles, LCAs, etc.
4. Modifications needed; moving of trans and motor mounts, PS lines, etc.
