Gen2 doors on a Gen1

I need to mount a Gen2 right front door on a Gen1 SHO. Who's done this? Any tips? I'm told there were previous threads about this?

At the door jamb, 2 of the 3 connectors look compatible, the third will need to be grafted. Another question is the interior door handle.

Any advice? Thanks.
