I was on my way to my brothers house to clean r cars at about 50 hit a road change secter and as u know its just hitinga lil bump.when i did the right rear subframe droped for some reason.i didnt know the bolts would back out on u i was not aware of that one.i dont thing it has the recall kit on it or not but its about to get on i can tighen the bolt back up but when i did the washer bend looks like a bowl now.i didnt jack the frame up when i did it i m guessing thats why it bend like that.so when the frame droped a lil it ejected my shaft in the transmission,i losted all power to the wheels i was baffeeled. All i felt when it happen was a clunk no grind or the trans flying out so i hope its all good it did grind a bit on the axle shaft in the trans and bend when it bolts to the bracket to the engine.i ll never forget to retourqe the frame bolts every few mouths thats for sure.i ll post some pics for u guys in a min.can any one tell the the part # for the reg ome sub frame bushings for the front and rear i cant for the life of me find any sock ones only the gen3 or aluminum. The socks cost more but i like the smoother ride and for my exp when this sho i dont need any thing shacking lose on me any more.i hope i get the img right new to posting img on forums.

look at RCM Automotive in their NOS section. They have the bushings and the recall kit - the bushings are the police ones but work on 89-95.

I just put aluminum ones in this weekend and have noticed no vibration or extra noise. They are a much needed improvement. Feels like stock for the most part.

The police bushings are a perfectly fine stock replacement. They're not going to rattle your fillings or make bolts back themselves out. In fact, they'll probably ride better than your worn out ones. The same can be said for the Gen 3 bushings. They're a nice upgrade without any noise/vibration/harshness penalty. And don't forget that they came STOCK on Gen 3's. Definitely get the recall kits too. Your bolt didn't back out, the captive nut that the bolt threads into broke. This is what the recall is for.

Also, clean out as much of that loose metal in the trans as you can. A magnet will probably do a decent job.
