And might I say Edien, such a beautiful drop it is. Definitely the nicest suspension setup on the forum as far as looks go. I'm still waiting for someone with IPT coilovers to slam their car, just to see how low you can actually go. I'd bet money Edien, yours are close to the same.

I like your lowering job RI-SHO. What is the diameter of you wheels. they look like they fit in there really well.

Hey hey there!! :D

There actually 18"x8" but you were close Erik :p and there sitting on 235/40/18 Pirelli's with a 40mm offset. My next set of wheels is defitnally gonne be just for SHOw's b/c they will be custom forged with 42mm upfront & 40mm rear offset and not cheap at all with each weigh in at 16lbs.

CrazySHO88 I have yet to see a slam picture I know they probaly get lower because they are coilovers but have yet to see proof. Right now handling wise its a great suspension conasidering thats all I have for handling plus the 18's, when I install a 26mm RSB and SFC's I should defitnaly love it, one thing which sux is comfort hopefully the Koni's I plan on buying later on will solve that. If all else fails I still have a nice rattle free smoothe driving TL-S on those gloomy days  .

Finally found a great example of what I think when I hear the word coilover:

Well I wanted it that low for SHOw's etc but as far as I see the lowest with IPT's is what my SHO is at now.

That car Has to have an air suspension!
Nope there Nex coilovers you can talk to him on the www.Acura-TL.com forum, its how low about 50% of the "real" coilovers out there can get most cars. The same coilover set is also made for younger brother of the Acura TL which is the Honda Accord, which could explain why the aftermarket is crazy for our cars :D .

Terry those rims look nice thumbs_u and flush what offset are they in?

I've got a question about that slammed Acura. How da **** do you get a jack under it?

My SHO is sitting with about 3" under the rocker panels and I have to drive it up on a set of 2x6 blocks to slide a jack under it. I change from street to sticky tires and back again 2 or 3 times a month. I have a drive-on, 4-post lift that I have to use 6' ramps to get the SHO on.

Sure my SHO will go lower, but it's agrivating enough where it is. If it's for show, use air if you want to go that low. It's not practical to raise and lower the car regularly with coilovers. It takes me 2 hours on the scales to dial in ride height and corner weights (longer if beer is involved). thumbs_u beer

Thats at usable ride height too.

Shawn drove that up from GA to MA like that.

No axles needed.
