gen 2 advice please

I have a 92 MTX this is my 5th sho , it seems like that it actually looses power when the secondarys open this is the first sho i have had with stock exhaust but it seems that it just balls a lot in the intake and hangs up in higher rpm any ideas ? also cam position sensor seems to be messing up sometimes causing a few hard starts could this be affecting performance or am i just loosing my head any idea or advice welcome Thanks

I would go through the plugs and see if oil is fouling anything. Any malfunctioning sensor involved with regulating the engine will have a negative effect on how it runs obviously. I would pull the codes to see what is in there, look at ambient temps in your location as well as what is in the summer fuel formulation in your area. I live not far from the NC border and my 2014 f150 v8 runs like a dog over 83-85*F

First check for codes, as luigisho suggested above.

There are a bunch of things that could be causing those symptoms, so it would be good to have a couple of clues from the codes.

It could be plugged up cats in the exhaust.
