Would it be possible to modify the inner lamps on the front to run whenever the car is on?

umm not sure what your saying... the running lights/blinker in the front?

Yeah. I want them to turn on automatically when the car is on. So essentially they would always be on while the car is on.

if u dont wanna mess with the wiring then try smoked light covers.... the light stays on till u manually dim the lights.

Would running the hot wire that normally gets switched in the cabin to the relay on the fender do the job? Voltage would still be 12 and it should only pull the amps it needs.
