Hey huys since I got a gearhead tune for my sho I haven't been able to send datalog. Everytime I send the file the tuner said that it's not working. I did all the step like they said and tried on an other computer. I didn't have time to call them and thought I should ask here before.

Not sure if I remembering correctly, but I think you need to send it as a zip file.
If nothing else contact Matt at Gearhead. He will let you know if there's anything special you need to do that you've missed. Matt is a decent guy to deal with but he is rather concise with his answers. So be sure to ask for any expanded explanations if it leaves you scratching your head.
