regardless of 2.5 aluminized or stainless there would have to be a minimum of 10. also i am pretty sure we can get a setup so some can be dual and some can be single. i am sure we can have the passenger side tail pipe made so that if you want to order it and weld it on you can. a stainless 2.5 single exhaust would run about 225 both of these prices are for tubing kits and single. a price for a rear dual pipe would be more of course. also i understand that some want dual in the back as i put dual in the back of my car.as well.
would the $225 price include a muffler?
also if i do buy the exhaust am i able to pick this up @ your shop?

no that does not come with muffler. the top poster put in the link to it and it would be a tubing kit. this is all the piping, flanges and hangers ready for install. all that is needed is welding and mufflers. this allows for a lower price and for each person to custom taylor it to there individual needs instead. if you want to come down you can just have it installed in person or you can just pick it up. also if you want to come down you dont have to wait for any group buy or quanity because we will do one off all the time for any car any time.

would the price be the same $225 for a one off?
how much more would you charge to do the install with a muffler?

I'd want mandrel bent, 2.5" or 3", maybe stainless depending on how much more it would cost, some kind of resonator, Magnaflow muffler, probably just single outlet, maybe two depending on how much more it would cost. I'd also want my y-pipe outlet opened up to whatever the rest of the exhaust will be. FWIW, I'd like for it to be as quiet as possible.

honestly guys..i think its not going to go anywere's,first of all its just a tubing kit..and yet some people are still wanting this muffler or res or what ever...secondly its not fin. profitable for them to go through the extra work to make a rear y pipe and have less than 10 people actually buy it...thats the reason they wont make it a fake daul setup...if there were more than 10 people who were willing to pay them up front than he thinks he might be able to convince his boss to go ahead and make the quasi setup...so again,as of now, without 10 people this isnt going anywere..however if your close to them in florida,he said your more than welcome to stop by and they'll custom fab something up for you.

Well, IMO, pipes without what you call "quasi" duals would not be a stock form replacement, and therefore wouldnt be worth making them without the second outlet. Sounds like they only want to cater to the REAL performance Taurus; The GL SLO, since its stainless/mandrel exhaust market is huge.

No they probably wont get 10+ people, because they are not offering a product that the majority wants.

If it comes in dual (1-2 out the back) and they make it w/o the rod shifter bend, Im in.

With the obvious sound clip before hand.

ive been in email communications with them,in order to produce a kit like that there would need to be at least 10 people willing to buy.
once my 3.2 swap is done im driving down there and getting a 1 off single exit.i was quoted $400 installed for aluminized(SP) steel,18'' or 22'' resonator, magnaflow SS muffler, and a SS tip.

you guys are missing a good chance to get a nice exhaust system....

When do you want to get yours done? Might be too far away for you guys, but I'll probably be ready in May if we want to do it together.
