Gas cap access door won't pop open

Hey..saw a fix for this in a past post..have been looking for days..can't find it..the release works fine..both the inside car and the one in the trunk..any help would be greatly appreciated..thanx..

You need a new spring, clip that bolts on the inside of the door. I picked up one in stock at the local ford dealer for about 10 dollars.
