I recently took out my fuel injectors and cleaned them, I put new o-rings on and reinserted them into the fuel rail. When I put everything back on and tried to start the car it had a very hard time starting and then would not stay running. I gave it plenty of time to prime. When I checked the pressure from the valve on top there was none. My fuel pump is fine I checked it out about two days ago( 38-39psi). Is it possible to swith something on the fuel rails like the vaccum sylinoids? I looked for crimped lines, none, But something is keeping the feul rails from keeping pressure. As long as I held my foot on the throttle it would run although it was very rough and was backfiring. Alot of times I would have to pump the throttle to maintain fuel pressure. WHAT'S THE FRIGGIN DEAL HERE???

It my daily driver and only vehicle, got to get it back on the road quick. Plus I already miss driving it and it's only been 2 days.

maybe there is still air in the rails? Not sure if this system purges the air automatically.

half-way there, I think.
Did you remove the fuel lines from the rails?? If so, did you forget to put the compression washers back on. That can choke the fuel off.

Where is the pressure regulator located? ANd I did put the washers back on but can you put them on wrong? Upside down maybe? If there is air in the lines how do I purge it out?

The pressure regulator is the part that has the vacuum hose running from it to the front end tank. It's in the left end of this picture on the fuel rail.

The washers can be put in upside down, just can't be left out or stacked on top of each other.

What do I check on the regulator and how do I check it? This, as you can tell is not an area I'm an familiar with. Any info is greatly appreciated. I plan on keeping the SHO for a long time so I might as well learn to work on it!
