I know for a fact, that putting a 255lph fp changed the pressure from 39 to 49psi relative, High pressure can cause an injector to rupture or something to that affect. I think its safe to say about 150lph before the pressure goes above relative.

I think stock Taurus pump is probably around 110lph.

what year is your SHO?
if your an 89 or 90 you have the resistor that drops the voltage, you can run a 255 with no issues. no real benifit to such a large pump,a 190 will handle more fuel than the lines will anyway.

I'm wanting to run a 100 shot as safely as I can. Would a 155 be good for that or should I bump it to the 190 to be safe?

I will be running a 55-75 shot until I can get the new pump. I just bought a factory replacement so I'm sure it's fine for those levels but I want to be good for the big one.

It's an '89.

35?

I think 155 should be able to supply the injectors with enough fuel for their duty cycle. I would contact drivinhard on the board here. He has been tracking his car and running nitrous for many years.
