Anyone know where I can find new fuel lines. I think I need both the return line and the other one too. The got melted during my rocker replacement. I am trying to avoid replacing just the melted section.

I'm pretty sure Ford no longer makes the oem replacement lines. So aftermarket is a good option.

Any updates on this? We've posted a separate thread with an issue but I'd like to know if this was successfully done and how much of a PITA it was.

depends what line.
one goes from the fuel filter to the engine, that one is easy.
the others require droping the tank.

I ended up going to the JY and replaced the lines that run from the tank to the motor it seemed like more work and money to buy a repair kit but I also had to replace all three lines under the car not just one. And my tank was already removed from the car. So with that being said you may just want to repair the broken line. I still think a JY is your best bet. When you do remove the fittings make sure you soak them for a bit in PB Blaster, they can be a pain to remove from the engine.

Thanks- we got new lines from CarQuest actually. Hopefully we can get what we need to make it work well rather than having to go spend nearly $200 on a replacement kit.

Did CarQuest have a factory replacement or do you have to make it fit?

I wouldn't use PB blaster on anything near a seal. I was using PB blaster to loosen my stripped exhaust manifold to y pipe studs and after a week of soaking the studs every day my watch lost it's ability to resist water...

I never had a problem with PB Blaster ruining a seal but you could be right but in his case it shouldn't matter because I think he is replaceing the old fitting anyways.

Nope- no need to replace the fittings. The ONLY thing replaced was the section of line that was damaged. We softened it using boiling water (on the ends) and that was that.
