Fuel issue on low mileage sho

Working on a very lightly driven sho. There is pressure to the rail but won't start. Will start on carb cleaner though. Being it has 18xxx miles, gummed up injectors could be the culprit, but it doesn't even stumble. No fire at all without carb cleaner. Owner thinks his father may have done a poor man's theft deterrent by unplugging something. I found this, but can't find anything that mates to it. Any one know what the plug is or any thoughts on the no start?

We just pushed the Schrader valve and made a fountain, lol. Will go for a number today.

The connector is for the non-existent EGR pressure sensor, which is located where the connector is in pre-DPFE vehicles.

The common power for fuel injectors and some fuel control inputs is supplied by pin 24 of the IRCM (CCRM), which may be defeated by anti-theft interruption of this output, or input of ignition key-on power to pin 13, or battery + or -.

Check to see if the impact sensor in the trunk is tripped??

If there is fuel pressure at the rails, the impact sensor will not be tripped...

If there is fuel at the rails, but no fuel getting into the cylinders, then either the injectors are not opening or the injectors are not being fired. Since your report is that there is no sign of life until starting fluid/carb cleaner is used, that suggests that the injectors are not being fired.

Is there an anti-theft device on this vehicle? This generation of anti-theft typically let the engine crank but shut off fuel.

Any prior issues suggesting the pcm is sick? These units are 25+ years old now, and do have some failures.
