Weeks ago I posted in the emergency forum after hitting a guard rail head on at approximately the passenger headlight. After much searching and stupid mistakes I found out that I snapped my inner tie rod (diagrams, people, ect telling me that it was the spindle, big relief). After changing all my tie rod ends, drivers side was going bad so why not, I still had the problem of a bent strut. The wheel hub bent up into it and shut up it about half an inch. I got it down a little bit but could still only fit my donut, no way of towing and being tight on funds causing me to attempt to drive it into town to get closer to work and parts. I did not get the alignment lined up good enough and blew out the donut approximately 6 miles or so down the road. Getting back to the problem at hand, after attempting to put the regular tire on not only does it still press into the springs, but also presses into the rear of the fender well (not sure if that is the exact term, always heard it reffered to that way). Not knowing exactly what to look at as far as this car goes, nothing looks noticeably different from the other side then my bent strut, which is only where the wheel hub went up, could it possibly be that I may be so lucky as to replace the strut and be in good shape, or am I in for ****?
